1.23 down 1 up to Washington DC.

My usenet speeds have been crawling along at 700k kb/s for a while so I got fed up with it and asked my provider for help. They suggested I run a speedtest (on speedtest.net) to DC where I presume they host their servers.

Read a few threads here about how SK is throttling like mad.

Is KT still the way to go? Anyone in HBC use KT? I'm a bit worried about making the switch only to have worse speeds.

Thanks!
