Can I buy the Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade for my laptop that has Windows 7 Ultimate K 64-bit? My desktop has XP so I'm not worried about that upgrade, but I am getting tired of getting error messages in Korean on my laptop even though I switched the language to English. If not I could always install XP on my laptop and then do a clean install of Windows 7.

I thought at least with ultimate you could change language anytime you want. The ultimate version was unlimited in choice (well 35 languages).

Looking at one board it says some minor internal inconsistencies might pop up.

Maybe you are not installing the right language packs and updates. Add in maybe a reboot is needed. Plus sometimes Korean programs just refuse to cooperate with English programs.

Have you tried a fresh install and used the key code provided with the K64?

I already changed it to English but I get error messages in Korean, the option to chose safe mode is in Korean too.
