They do this every year and there are a lot of foreigners who do turn up, though it's usually in the warmer months.
Of course you can take Koreans along and there will already be about 20,000 Koreans at the game (possible title decider), they just don't get the hotdog and beer, if I remember correctly.
It's all a big marketing scheme to try and get more fans, especially foreigners at the games.
The worst thing about it is that the atmosphere sucks on these days and half the people there are just coming for some entertainment and a beer/hotdog. |

10,000 is a sizable showing. It has been growing each year. They must be doing something right. |

Where does it say it excludes expats with Korean spouses? My guess is that they cannot take advantage of the special discount and will have to buy a ticket to the game at the box office, and have to buy beer and hot dogs at the GS25 like everyone else.
This sounds like the local Seoul sports team reaching out to the expat community and it is being trashed by some without even understanding what the event is.

Yes, you guessed right. |

Is it sponsored by Mannam directly or under one of their many aliases? They also do the segregation thing. |

not as far as i know.
the last few were pretty busy but once the free beer and hotdog is taken away, not many come back for a game the following week. it's usually the same faces every week.
if people were interested in watching FC Seoul, they should come to a home game and get in behind the north goal, the atmosphere is much better than heading over to the east stand when it's a novelty day.
90,000 for a season ticket can't be beaten. |
