For those who charge the 'socialist' Obama with rapidly expanding government, news just in from the reality-based community - US federal employment per capita is at a postwar low.

Yep! And that won't change anytime soon. I believe that the graph and numbers includes military personnel. If you take them out of the equation, the graph would not be as dramatic (but yes, non-military fed government employees/capita is historically very low right now too).
