I just found this a few weeks ago. Go to http://www.branah.com and click on Korean. There are a few other languages, some of which require you to change the encoding on your browswer. The Korean virtual keyboard, though, does not require that. What's even better is that you have a choice: you can either click on the letters on the virtual keyboard or you can use that keyboard as a guide to type on your computer's keyboard.

Actually, this site seems like a very cool & easy to use facility. No need anymore to say "Sorry, no hangeul on my keyboard."
