So I received an e-mail from a recruiter telling me that I was hired for this job. The only problem is I never had an interview. I asked my recruiter about it and she said "I interviewed you and the director does not want to interview you" and then asked if I wanted a phone interview. I told her no and asked for the e-mail address of some people who worked there. I e-mailed them today but I am not sure what to do even if the current teacher raves about the school. It just seems sketchy that they would hire me without even talking to me. However, the job has all the usual benefits, 2.1M pay, and only 6 working hours per day, Monday through Friday.
So what I want to know is if anyone knows anything about the school (I've searched and can't find ANYTHING about it online) or if anyone else has been hired without an interview and had a good experience. |

Not particularly unusual for a hagwon.
Chances are that the school owner doesn't speak English (or at least not enough to do a conversation/interview).
