I sure as hell will be driving with 2 black boxes ( front and back) in korea...

The other day they were playing videos of people running towards cars and making it look like the car hit them... There were some pretty funny videos.

When I was in Seoul a few months back, I saw an older man in Gangnam jump into the side of an oncoming car. It looked to me like he was standing on the sidewalk waiting for an expensive imported car with a woman driving it. He jumped into the side I guess because he wouldn't get hurt too badly. Of course he was rolling around on the street screaming and putting on a good show. The woman driver was crying and quite shaken up by the incident. I think the woman actually thought it was her fault, but it wasn't.

Were you able to explain to her what you saw?

I saw it while waiting at a crosswalk with my 2 kids. I had no desire to expose my children to that kind of situation.

Couldve at least gave her your number to what you witnessed. If it stuck in your memory this long then it must have been something more than a minor incident
