Hey,

Looking for information or feedback from people who worked or work now as teacher trainers for a big hakwon chain (ex: YBM or some other) or a POE. A guy that was employed at my work (contract worker) was not renewed due to public service cuts and is going to Korea (or at least strongly considering it) and is offered such a position in Seoul. It involves training new teachers but also traveling to various locations to visit schools and offer workshops to FTs there. Sorry if this is vague but he asked me and in turn I am taking a shot and asking here.

Just looking for basic information on this in terms of pay, conditions, hours...
