Hi,
I'd like to work in the middle east (in universities) for a few years, then some Asian universities. I have been offered places on both an MA Applied Linguitics with TESOL and MA Education course.
Which one do you think is best suited for university and maybe academic work? Which one gets the most money?
Thanks in advance. |

If you want to teach English, then the MA TESOL. If you want to get certified and teach in primary or secondary school, then the MA in Education with an emphasis on one or more specializations. Either is a gateway to an EdD or Ph.D., which you'll need if you want to become a professor in the long view. |
