location: seoul
price range: max 300,000
length of contract: 3 months

You might struggle to get a 1 room 'house' for only 3 months - esp now.

This is peak moving season in Korea........ maybe a goshiwon might be

better for only 3 months?

For 300 a month, you won't find a one room. I'd look on craiglist for a spare room if you don't want to stay in a goshiwon.
