The ethics of those questions would depend on what the makers want to do with it and what those who funded the project want to do with it. Any private investor would want to sell it to as many people as possible to maximize returns. Of course, if it were funded with taxpayer funds, it shouldn't be kept out of taxpayer hands anymore than it would be wrong to exclude taxpayers from public parks. |
