Pretty much everywhere is cold here in the winter - Busan can be a little warmer. There are 24/7 conveneience stores here and bars are flexible about when they close. Most cities look pretty similar and there are quite a few large ones - 1 million + |

| What he^ said. Busan gets frigid during the winter. It doesn't snow here (heavy), but it sure does get cold. |
