so i've decided to suck it up and try and quit sometime this week, that will give me about 2-3 weeks before i start teaching which should be ok.

last time i quit i took Champix/Chantix but it made me so tired i could barely function, even during the day. so i don't think i'm going that route again. going to give nicotine patches a go, at least if i don't quit completely i'll get used to wearing them and can do so while i'm at school. that seems to be the best thing to do at least for the first few weeks while i'm still sussing out the smoking situation.

and yes unfortunately i am so addicted that i couldn't go 7-8 hours without a cigarette Razz not a girl so don't have to worry about that aspect of smoking in korea at least Laughing
