|
|
I am going to be travelling in China and southeast asia for a while and would like to get some Ciproflaxin in case i get a bad stomach virus (has happened before). I was wondering if anyone knows if this is over the counter at some places, or if I have to get a perscription (and how much is it?) Thanks! |

It is over the counter in China and you should get some. The boxes will have the name in English. EVery pharmacy carries it. |

Good for him/her that it is otc in China (the travel destination). Bad for you that live where it isn't if you need this. Enjoy going to the doctor and getting a 3 day scrip there. |

Why on earth do you need ciproflaxin? It's too strong, I guarantee you, for whatever you're going to run into on the road unless you're trying to get rid of some gonorrhea. |

Most gonorrhea is cipro-resistant now. You will mostly likely need 3rd generation cepha to clear up gonorrhea. |
