Hi,
I'm looking into buying a case of wine soon.
About 10 bottles of wine- for an upcoming party.

Any specific recommendations on where I can pick up a good deal in Seoul?
Also any recommendations for the actual wine?
I'm thinking some kind of red wine is the best way to go.
The wine is for a mixed group of Koreans and foreigners.

Cheers!

Costco is a safe bet.

Sometimes Lotte Department store has insane sales.

I've even stumbled on big wine sales at EMart, at least at the ones in times Square at Youngdeungpo and the one near Konkuk U.

Lotte has great sales sometimes too. I got 20,000 won bottles for 5,000 won each before Christmas and that brand was still cheap after the big sale was over. Just go into your local department store and see what's discounted. They'll often home deliver for free too.

Home Plus has good deals sometimes, too.

A bit of a trek, but Fog City in Incheon imports wine from California, and has a 10,000 won discount for bottles purchased to take home, if that helps.
