I've always wanted to study Fine Arts-- namely classes on drawing and painting, perhaps print making as well. It's a passion, but instead of going to art school when I was young I chose the path of a BA in English and to follow it up with a BEd.

With my BA+BEd I'd like to teach in Korea part-time, BUT-- would it be possible to take classes in fine arts there when I could? Are there many part-time teachers over there at all?

Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself, though. Are such fine arts classes offered in Korea, in abundance? Or will I have to try to be employed in one specific area? If you guys *do* know that fine arts classes are offered in abundance, would any be taught in English as well?

Regardless, thanks for responding.

Fine arts classes taught in English = not that I am aware of.

Teach part-time and study at a university = possible DEPENDING on your visa class (D2 or D4). One allows part time work after you have completed 6 months of study the other does not allow extra work.

Study part time while teaching on an E7 (teacher) or E2 (teacher of other languages) = possible BUT needs to have the additional activity added to your ARC.
