I'm looking for information about my psych meds (lamictal, seroquel and klonopin). one - are they available over the counter? two - are they are problem in regards to the medical exams I need to take as part of this job requirements, e.g., do they test for them? I am new to working in Korea, have only taught ESL in USA so far. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Being bi-polar in Korea is not a good match. And can certainly not get these meds over the counter lol, this is Korea where you have to go to the pharmacy to get aspirin! You'll need a doctor's prescription.
