I just did mine and I think that is for their reference. Don't worry about it. Just fill in what you can. If it really is the first item, if you get fingerprinted by a police officer they likely fill this out. |

Thank you barca2121 for your response! Will I will be able to complete the appointment application w/o those entries filled out?
Edit: I cannot submit the application without the Agency ORI information. Where can I get this information?
Also do I have to explain to the fingerprint technician the reasons for my fingerprinting?
Thanks again. :D |

I'm a little confused, do you have the fingerprinting cards already? What application are you trying to submit? FYI my local police agency didn't have cards so I had to call the state police dept to get a card sent out to me. I am wondering if you are trying to order cards from someplace that only distributes to police stations hence the need for the ORI number (which identifies the station). |

Do yourself a favor: Don't write anything at all into any of the boxes of the fingerprint cards until you are at the station to get the fingerprinting done. The officer there will know what you need to complete, what you need to leave blank, and how to roll your fingerprints. |
