Or is it just me?

In 2010 and last summer, I submitted fingerprints for my criminal background check with no problems. In December, I submitted two sets of fingerprints, and they were rejected. In the beginning of January, I submitted two more sets and they were also rejected. Each time, I've had them done at my local police department.

Since I'm trying to return to Korea as soon as possible, these delays are frustrating. I want to get things moving along as quickly as I can.

Also, do we still need to submit two copies of both our diplomas and criminal records checks? I understand that requirement was done away with, but I want to make sure.

The first time I resubmitted my fingerprints, I didn't have to pay.
The second time, for some reason they told me to submit 5 sets and that, because of the number of sets I would submit, I would have to pay the fee as well as submit a new application.

As a precaution a month or two back I submitted an extra set for a spare and fresher FBI CRC. The other day I got it back and the prints were rejected because I guess they weren't readable. They specifically included in the response that if I made a second attempt to submit again the cost would be refunded to me.

Hello fellow English teachers! I am an American from CA who needs to get fingerprinted. Unfortunately I need the Agency ORI number to book the appt. online. I cannot submit the form until I input the number. I am looking to teach in Korea this summer.

Hopefully someone can provide me with this information, as this is such a huge necessity.

Thank you!

Go for a private fingerprinter. They have a tendency to guarantee thier work. Private firms will do fingerprints for around $20 US
