One large bedroom, one medium-sized with an open kitchen and living room. There are separate areas for the washing machine and drying rack. Photographs available upon request and tours available to serious prospective renters.

Extremely convenient location. Located on lines 2 and 6, within easy walking distance of Hongdae but in a quiet residential area. The newly constructed Mecenatpolis shopping center means a Home Plus, movie theater and many restaurants and stores are a 3-minute walk from your front door.

Our landlord requests one year's rent to be paid in advance, though this may be negotiable. Key money is another option. Our landlord is very reasonable.

A one-time 1.5 million won fee will be paid to the current tenants for the furnishings which include a full-size refrigerator, washing machine, television, oven, microwave, DVD player, TV stand, food processor, two book shelves, one queen-sized bed and mattress, kitchen chairs and table, bookshelf with many board games and books (which we will keep for you or get rid of at your request,) a full set of cutlery, a full set of chef's knives, a spice rack full of hard-to-find spices (if you can't tell by now, you're moving into a chef's former residence) and two drying racks. We paid this amount to the previous tenants and have bought many new appliances in our time living here.

We have lived here for two years and have been very happy, but we're both moving back to the States. You won't find a better situated, more comfortable apartment for this price.
