| Hi! My original college diploma was, unfortunately, destroyed about a year ago. Today the replacement diploma came. It looks like the original and has raised seals, but the signatures appear to be digital, like the document was reprinted from a PDF of my original. Will I be able to get copies of this apostilled? |
