Basically, after years living abroad I now struggle to converse fluently in Welsh and it's time I did something about it. If you're a Welsh speaker in Korea, especially in or near Seoul, I'd like to hear from you so we might meet up every now and then, not specifically for language practice (I'm struggling to admit that's essentially what I'm after!), but so I might enjoy some of my social life not using a foreign language.

The message above is in English so the good patrons of this forum know what this thread is about and can move on to the next. This is Dave's, so I expect at least some responses from immature anglophones with perhaps too much time on their hands, but I'm hoping to be proved wrong.

Oh, and any meeting we have won't be exclusively Welsh! Anyone would be welcome to join.

Os ydych yn deallt Cymraeg mae'n debyg iawn eich bod hefyd erbyn hyn wedi darllen yr uchod ac yn deallt fy mwriad. Mae'n wir angen ymarfer arna'i rwan ac dwi'n gobeithio cwrdd nid yn unig a siaradwyr Cymraeg, ond gyda bobl sy'n bleser i gymdeithasu a bod yn ffrindiau da efo.

Hyd yma, dwi'n gwybod am un siaradwr arall sy'n awyddus i gwrdd ambell i benwythnos. Gwell bydd yr hwyl os oes criw ohonyn ni. Fel dywedais uchod, does dim achos i neb dod heb ei ffrindiau sy'n methu siarad Cymraeg.

I had a friend who once told the police, when pulled over in Germany, that he only spoke Welsh. It did confuse them...

Dwi'n edrych am siaradwyr Cymraeg yma unwaith eto i gydweithio ar brosiect neu ddau. Cysylltwch am fwy o manylion.

(Looking for Welsh speakers here again. Different reason though. Can't believe that was me looking for Welsh practice in 2009!)
