This may sound weird, but I have the majority of my documents to get my F4 Visa, but my parents both don't have/can't find their citizenship certificates. My father talked to the consulate he said that I need to get my Birth Certificate translated and notarized. From my research on the E-2/F-4 Visa's this was never one of the requirements. Does anyone know of a route that requires this? I think he is thinking of getting me a Korean passport but I'm not positive. |
