Not sure what you are getting at - are you anti-porn? Anyway, the point myself and other posters were making is that Korean citizens are bound to the laws of their country even while they are overseas. What 'legal behaviour' were you referring to? Gambling or kiddy-fiddling?

It's always been my understanding that you are subject to the laws of whatever country you are in, and any other country would be out of it's jurisdiction.

For example, an American can go to Amsterdam, smoke pot, and return to the US without fear of prosecution. The action was committed in a foreign country, and therefore was not in violation of US law.

I don't want to diminish the seriousness of pedophilia, but the responsibility of passing and enforcing such laws should rest on the country in which the acts are being committed. The international community could of course use both political pressure and resources if countries can't/won't comply.
