Victims of sexual assault waterboard assailant

Alleged victims of sexual assault confined the assailant to a motel room and subjected him to water-boarding for three days. The five are now in police custody.

The police in the southern port city of Busan are planning to determine the history of the incidents and file charges against the alleged assailant if there is evidence of his assaults.

Initially, the police have booked a 20-year-old woman, an 18-year-old boy and three others on charges of abduction and assault.

According to initial investigations, the five, including two high school girls, collaborated to lure the 26-year-old Jung to a motel in August last year and assaulted him physically, including water-boarding, for three days.

They said they demanded that Jung apologize for committing sexual assault but refused and showed no sign of repentance.

The five are also charged with taking Jung�s phone, 2.1 million won ($1,900) in cash and illegally using his credit cards.

As for the allegation that Jung actually sexually assaulted one of the high school girls, investigations are underway and both parties are expected to face legal action.
