I have a Nokia 710 windows phone with KT (don't laugh).

I've seen on Craigslist that they advertise it as 'unlocked' and 'usable overseas'.

I went to the Nokia service center and asked them to unlock it so I can use it overseas. They had no idea what I was talking about.

2 questions:

How/Where can I unlock it? Do I need to go to a KT store, as opposed to the Nokia A/S center?
How would it work unlocked, if there isn't any slot for a SIM card (just the microSD card) if taken overseas?

Or is that 3 questions?? Embarassed

Yes you would go to KT and ask them to perform a "country unlock". Tho to do this you'll have to show them a plane ticket, or have the phone completely paid off if its on an installment plan.

The 710 does have a micro sim slot behind the battery.
