Since moving to Korea, I haven't met or heard of any brand, spanking, newbees in my area or anywhere for that matter. All the teachers that I've come across have been here for years or have taught in other countries previously.

It would be nice to meet or correspond with someone as deer-in-the-headlights as me. lol

I got here November 2nd and man is this city newbie unfriendly lol.. so hard to find things on google maps.

You're using the wrong maps. Korean Internet overlord Naver is your friend. Better learn some Hangeul quick.

And yeah, google maps doesn't help much lol so I just wonder around or tag along with coworkers in the hopes of finding something to do.
