I have signed a contract electrically. I no longer am able to work at this position for the dates specified and want to work at a different location. Can I just tell them I won't be able to work there and move ahead with the other position? |

Have you submitted hard copies of your documents to Korea for the visa confirmation number application?
If no then move on. No issue.
If yes, then you are screwed for 90 days till the VCN expires.
If you already have an E2 in your passport and/or an ARC then you are pretty much hooped till it expires.
