Yesterday (Sunday 8th September) the news of Japan's selection as 2020 Olympic hosts was followed on all the news chanels by scenes of protest in the streets of Japan. This included many riot police trying to beat them back. What was strange was the amount of Korean flags being waved in an angry manner. Does anyone know why they were protesting? I cannot fin anythin on any English language new site.
