Implies a poor hardworking American.

It implies an ignorant, backwards American, once farmers and now usually construction workers. Hard to see the necks, though, since most have mullets.

I'm offended by the term "untamed food." Those cheeseburgers required a lot of herding by rednecks before they were ready for market.
