My brand new wireless router didn't come with a manual. I've searched online as to how to add a password so my neighbors can't steal my wifi, but every site either mentions the manual, or a security key on the router itself.
Seems I don't have either.
Ideas?

Assuming your computer/laptop is wired to the router, run Internet Explorer, punch in http://192.168.10.1, see if Wizard screen is running,
Find tabs '전문가 설정(Expert Settings)'-'무선 설정(Wireless Settings)'-'무선 보안설정(Wireless Security Settings)', toggle '암호를 통한 보안설정(Security by passcode)', and preferably choose WPA & WPAPSK & AES combination if available.
That's the typical method of protecting Wifi AP by passcode, while MAC address protection requires you to find out every MAC address of your device - laptop, smartphone, iPod, tablet, etc - and manually register them with your router. The latter method may or may not be available, but if it is, the setup inputs should appear on the same security setting screen.
If I'm correct, those two methods are not mutually exclusive.

If it's a screen with AnyGate logo on the top left, accompanied by whatever model number, etc., then it's not really the manufacturer's website (http://www.anygate.co.kr/) BUT the router's own user interface with a borrowed format of a website.
If I were encountered with 'gibberish' situation, while using Windows, I'd first try to change the browser's 'Encoding' manually to Korean. It's under 'View' on IE or FireFox, under 'Tools' on Chrome.
If that doesn't work, then I'd go onto the Control Panel and find 'Change system locale' to Korean/Korea', and then try again from the beginning.
I don't know what its equivalent is in Apple OS X, but that's how it should've worked on Windows.
