The judge seems to have a Korean name. I wonder if she is considered a traitor to the motherland? Steelrails? Any opinion on this? |

Actually, she cut a bunch of money out of the first settlement, so the motherland may be pretty happy with her. |

Graduating from Harvard and being appointed by both Obama and Terminator, im sure Koreans aren't going to question anything to or about her. Shes just doing her job. |

Samsung is trying to be a bit more aggressive in protecting themselves (licensing and acquiring patents). But in the end, I think they think -- just easier to pay the ticket. They've got the cash. |
