Sorry to contradict you on your own thread but I paid 30,000 for my ID card (last week).

The administration fees however (new increases) were 100,000.

Total:- 130,000

Before i applied I went to the bank assistant and asked what was the fee for an E2, they said 30.000W so i bought the reciept at the bank machine.

When I applied, I said I'd paid already and pointed to the reciept. The officer nodded, finished processing my application, then said goodbye. 2 weeks later i got my new visa.

Not sure why you guys paid an extra W100, 000.
