I have been working with my job for 6 weeks. After cutting our vacation days to 7 (9 minimum in signed contract) charging 100,000 a month for housing (not in contract) and unpaid overtime I have decided to leave early.

I understand that I will need to pay my airfare back which I am fine with.

I also need to pay a 200,000 a month for the first three months (600,000)for a housing deposit and my contract says I don't get that back unless I finish my contract, Which makes me wonder why I should stay longer than I have to.

I have only been here for 6 weeks yet my employer is trying to tell me that if I leave without 90 days notice I need to pay for the recruiter fee to fill my position. I heard that it is the recruiters responsibility to fill my position if I leave within the first 3 months, so are they legally able to make me pay?

(From contract: Should the employee fail to fulfill the obligation for the 90 days notice, the employee will be liable to employer for all responsible costs incurred by employer to secure dismissed employee's replacement.)
My boss said she has the "right" to use a different recruiter if she chooses so that's why I need to pay.

Then I look at if I was fired, it only mentions the airfare - point being - wouldn't I be better off just being fired?

My goal is to end my job as soon as possible and find a new one while paying the least amount in penalties.

What should I do,

Thank you so much.

Next time do some research before accepting a contract. The withholding of your pay is illegal and you don't have to pay the recruiter fees. Just wait until your next payday and pull a midnight run.
