I am having no luck with any form of posting this. I'm in a bit of an urgent situation now, if you know anyone looking for housing in the Gangnam area, please let them know!

First of all, I'm a foreigner from Canada, not an agent.

My school rented a studio for me but I have to leave the job and my replacement already has a home. The school asked me to find someone to take over the lease contract. I have tried Craigslist and Peter Pan Naver blog but no luck

This apartment is in a great location, walking distance from Line 7 (Cheongdam or Gangnam-gu Office), Line 2 (Samseong or Seolleung) or Bundang Line (Seonjeongneung). See the map, it's in Samseong-dong!

The apartment is much bigger than most in this area, has a separate bathroom and laundry room, and is on the 3rd floor of the building. Located near Lotte Castle, Seonjeongneung Park, COEX and Sports Complex! Also not far from most places in Seoul by subway: Sinchon, Ehwa, Myeong dong, Itaewon, HBC, Apgujeong, Bundang, Seoul Station.
