If you click on the quote button on atwood's first two posts in this thread, you'll see what he tried to post. There were coding errors which made the posts invisible.
Coding error #1: You need to have the = in the first part of a url tag.
Coding error #2: You need to have an open quote tag for each close quote tag.
Here's how the OP should have looked:
