I'm moving to Korea right now! (I'm in the airport).
My fiancée isn't American. We're planning on getting married in Korea. Does anyone know if it's possible for her to get a spouse visa if we weren't married when I applied for and got the visa? I'm not even sure if a spouse visa for E-2 exists.
Thanks errbody! |

Before the wedding your partner will need a tourist entry. Whether or not they need an actual tourist visa will depend on their country of origin/passport.
AFTER the wedding your partner will be able to switch to an F3 (dependent family) visa.
Korea does not have a fiancée visa.
Depending on her country of origin you may need to get married in her home country and then bring her in on an F3.
