W7 Sony Vaio purchased in Korea... W10 upgrade?

My current laptop is (I believe a 2011) Vaio I purchased here in Korea. The model number has a K at the end of the series indicating Korea (I think that's what it means). Anyway, since Sony sold the rights to its laptops to a different company I've been having a heck of a time finding driver updates for this beast. And now, apparently I can upgrade it to Windows 10. I'm wondering if anyone else with a Vaio purchased in Korea has been able to upgrade to 10 successfully.
