What're my chances of getting a job?

Some history: arrived in Korea and left within two weeks as a result of a pretty shitty/misleading hagwon job. I went to immigration or whatever to start the process of getting an ARC card, but never received it -- and therefore never handed it back to immigration when I left.

I have a work visa, of course. Won't start applying until that expires.

Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of similar situations? I don't want to let one bad experience ruin my chances of returning to work in Korea.

Additionally, is there anything I CAN'T do (like apply for EPIK).

Let's say I do get a job -- if my old school finds out I'm back in the country, can they press charges + demand money (flight/visa reimbursement)? They never responded to resignation email nor did the recruiter try to get in touch with me.

Thanks!
