According to numerous articles based out of Korea the Ministry of Justice has removed the HIV test requirement from the E2 visa early July. Has anyone RECENTLY applied to the E2 visa from July 10 forward to be able to confirm this? If it's the MOJ I'm sure it's official since they handle getting your ARC and such.

The MOE still requires an HIV test though, so it's kind of a mute point |

@nicwr2002 I think you mean moot? and the MOE doesn't grant your E2 visa immigration does according to MOJ standards. I was only looking for people who have recently come in on this visa. |

Yep, moot. I mean before anyone gets all happy about no HIV testing for E2s, it will still be required every time you change jobs. |
