I went to Korea last year under the E2 Visa, went for the medical checks, and at that point I was diagnosed with acute Hepatitis B. Needless to say that I didn't know that this was the case. The school at that point informed me that the doctor reports this to immigration. No more contract, nothing. I went back to my home country.
Currently the hepatitis B surface antigen is positive, meaning that I am not infectious anymore, but can't donate blood etc.
I want to apply to work in South Korea again. Would it be possible to do so? Would the MOE allow for this? Would there be an official record of this somewhere? |
