well now all those freaks you see sitting in Baskin robbins coffee shop will now be sitting in starbucks.. hahhhahaha
Itaewon will became a dongdaemun...
tourists will still come.. but in 20 years it will be 90% korean customers.
they will take it over.. and all the clubs will be for koreans.. becuase still most clubs in itaewon are unique style to koreans.. it will be a kinda cool place to go. without the fear now..
say goodbye to ITAEWON being manily for foreigners.
it might even became a cool place.. if korea can spend some serious money on it.. emmmm 30-50 years.. realestate will be worth billions there
buy now if you can guys!! your grand kids will love you for you!!!
