Hey All,

I am a little nervous right now... I have just returned to Seoul, after being here a
year..... and my problem is...

I think, upon my return... despite the fact that my job was finished and contract fulfilled that I am here under my E2 visa which is technically valid till the 25th of Sept. I wanted to come in on tourist but they signed me in on my E2 .....

Is this a problem??? I am stressin a little. What is penalty, do I have to try and rush
run of the country b4 then or be beheaded......????

I am sleepin on an floor at an internet deprived place......so if you can call me if you
know a solution/answer or any information. or you can email and ill try to check it.

THanks

Matt

I'm pretty sure if there is no tourist visa stamped in your passport than you are still on your E2 and must depart on Sept. 25th.

Good luck

you will probably have to leave the country to get a tourist visa. If it is only a couple of weeks you can usually go to the local immigration office and get up to a months extension with little to no problem
