Studied in the US, graduated from Vanderbilt University. Communicating with him is not a problem. I had a tooth problem while visiting the island and stumbled onto him at the Playhouse. Reasonable rates but my health insurance paid for cleaning, x-rays, fillings. I was out of pocket 11,000 Won.

| I took a taxi to his place and I am not familiar with the area...he is in Jeju city...gloves...he wore them when I was there and I did see him wash his hands after every patient and put on new gloves. |
