Can someone please direct me to a site that explains the meaning of Korean emoticons..

For example: what is the difference between ^^ and ^^;;

My students and Korean friends are always adding these on to email and text messages and while I think I get the gist out of all of them I'd like to clearer on interpreting them..

Ex: I don't know if >_< means they did something stupid, if they're sorry, or if they have to take a dump..

I try to throw the odd one in messages "to be cool" and I often have responses like "Why are you laughing at me?" when the intention was just a damn smile..

Help my emoticon-illiterate arse will ya!

The ";;" coming off the "^^" are supposed to represent beads of sweat, hence nervousness or anxiety.
