I have done both. Being the only foreign teach definately has it benefits and drawbacks. The biggest drawback I think is the language barrier. If you have questions about the classes you are teaching it makes things difficult. If you are new to teaching I would definately go for the hogwan with other foreigners...makes things easier to be able to discuss teaching ideas etc. with others. Although, working with other foreigners also can be difficult. Other people's idea's don't always work for everyone. I have found teaching to be a very individual experience. What works in the classroom for some doesn't for others...guess it depends on the kids and the chemistry between teacher and children.

Anywho, those are my thoughts...good luck!
