A couple of years ago I was flying from London to Seoul on KAL and was quite a bit over...they wanted to charge 300 pounds but I asked for a supervisor, he came over and I pleaded that 300 pounds was way too much and after some mulling it over he told the ticket agent to let it go for no charge!!!! and the guy was Korean...I was very shocked and very grateful to say the least
I guess he was in a good mood that day |

| Maybe I was lucky, but on ANY flight to and from home my bags were way over the limit and I was never bothered- and that included KAL. |
