Pretty interesting stuff. It tells you if you have any biases or preferences (perhaps subconsciously) regarding race, gender, politics, etc. |

Did the black and white one and while it was inconclusive (I have fast fingers and was able to sort equally) The point they were making was not lost on me.
Sorting the words that were "positive" was much easier when they were associated with white. On the one hand I think adding a racial component to this is a red herring to some degree because outside of race we are taught white is "good" (White hat, doves, angels, etc) Therefore if you don't have a culturally biased response it would seem strange.
On the other hand. Are all of these "non" racial associations created based on blacks and whites.
Shrug. It was food for thought. |
