News flash. Scientists have done a follow-up on the kids who were near Chernobyl and downwind of it. The fallout has produced a generation of kids with faster reaction times and higher IQs.
It has to be true. Paul Harvey said so. |

Well, it's only natural they have a faster reaction time and higher IQs because they all have a third arm and a second head. |
