I think Jack is alright.
Just.....I have to say....Why man!!??? Becoming a mod will change your posting experience. From something fun and casual to something semi-serious.
I would never accept a mod position (never even been asked...aigo...  ). |

See, this is why in my opinion you'll never cut it in flight school...I mean modship: you flinch at the first sign of criticism. You have to be a politician, not resort to middle school-level insults when someone questions your qualifications.

Yep, thats right. My latest temp ban really hit me hard. I spent many afternoons walking around Seoul thinking deeply about how my actions have affected others. I even wept while sitting on a rock beside the Han River one rainy evening. I thought all about the impressionable ESL teachers who log-on to Dave's all wide eyed and innocent who have been subjected to my filth. God, I hate myself.
Much like some of the white trash, delinquents I went to school with as a kid who were given hall monitor jobs, I realized that my "condition" (as Harpeau put it when i saw him for counselling) is best remedied by taking on a position of authority.
So yes, I've decided to become a mod weasel and sniff out all the troublemakers on this site.
So watch your ass! The SAAMIT is on patrol! |

Sparkx, a stool pigeon? Well I imagine he would enjoy "doing bird."
I used to play this game at Eton with all my old chums. It was called the New Prisoner Game, and we did role play pretending to be serving time at Her Majesty's pleasure. For some reason they always chose me to be the new boy in the showers, which was rather nice really, although they were dreadfully clumsy. How old Jenkins-Smythe ever got on the rugby team when he couldn't even hold onto the soap, I'll never know.
